120170 - Multi-Functional Load Resistant Framework for the Unpredictably Worthy Applications: Manufacturing With Controlled Discontinuity Degree
Few applications like safety engineering require the properties like the inseparability, light weight, and transient load resistance. The geometric and constituent configuration of a material attributes the characteristic features of load bearing capability, transient properties, and functional capability to sustain in the unpredictable work conditions. The elastic deformational capability imparts such mechanical characteristics to the component during the operation. The constituents that have the configuration to impart the mentioned characteristics to the component, during the operation. Naturally inspired materials lead a configuration of an entity that occupies the volume constraints as well as the occupancy constraints. The size, shape, density, and thickness of the embodiments impart the mentioned properties to the component. The elastic energy dissipation that avoids any interference with the contiguity of material, is the primary characteristic feature of the material components. Hydrophobic coating on the surface ensures the resistance against corrosion and furthers the life of the component. The tensile as well as the compressive properties are essential to resist the working loads. The total elongation to failure significantly influences the life of the component. Impenetrability requirements further imposes the material characteristics. Analysis predicted the configuration of the material component with the mentioned parameters to impart the mechanical characteristics for different applications. The capability to absorb the fatigue load during each cycle mitigates from being subjected to excessive pressure during the application of load in working conditions. The effectiveness of the resilience, in fatigue conditions defines the life of the component. Customizing the configuration for fire resistant applications include the change in constituents as well as the geometric changes. Use of biocompatible coating enables one of the main aspects of using as a wearable in the multi-functional applications. A method of applying fragrance involves the application of parameters to occupy the outer layer in order to serve the specific safety applications. The customization of the configuration to resist the radiation requires the capability to absorb and neutralize. A layer that is sensitive enough to signal the presence of hazardous radiation further adds to the characteristics of the application. The disposable and retainable versions give the technically feasible configurations specific to each application. Manufacturing endeavour requires vacuum and pressure controlled precision equipment. An arrangement of the members ensured the resistance to the probable loads discussed in the study. The applications are too specific and worth the special conditions for manufacturing that demand the resources that suffice the specification
