76977 - Computer Simulation in Sugar Cane Cutting and Expelling Machine Design

Computer simulation is the procreation of the behavior of a structure using a computer to simulate the effects of a mathematical model associated with said system. Since they allow to check the consistency of chosen mathematical models, computer simulations have become a useful tool for the mathematical modeling of many natural techniques in physics (computational physics), astrophysics, climatology, chemistry, biology and manufacturing, human systems in economics, psychology , social science ,health care and engineering . Simulation of a system is represented as the running of the system's model. It can be used to explore and gain new insights into new technology and to estimate the performance of systems too complex for analytical solutions. In today’s competitive world needs faster rate production of agriculture products. To produce maximum sugarcane yield, with traditional methods is costly, time-consuming . The compression of buds in the field is not achieved easily. In tradition method, great human force and high volume of sugarcane stalk in hectare is required. To solve this problem and mechanizing of sugarcane extraction. Sugarcane juice is extracted from the cane and is nutritious and refreshing. In hot summer days, it is a cooling drink. A little lime juice may be mixed in the juice to improve its flavor..The objective of this research is to design, simulate a machine, to reduce human effort required for sugarcane production ,To develop machine which is economical and suitable for effective implementation, to analyze a low cost, easy-to- used extractor which will be comfortably and effectively used by the rural dwellers. Environmentally sustainable design aims to ensure that products, services and systems are produced and provided in a way that reduces the use of non-renewable resources and minimizes environmental impact. Environmentally sustainable was carried out to ensure that products, services and systems are produced and provided in a way that reduces the use of non-renewable resources and minimizes environmental impact. The machine was designed using solid work/solid edge design software and suitable material selection was done before the couplings and construction of parts . The results of the improvements carried out on the design  shows that maintenance cost and extracting time are reduced, operation of the machine does not require special skill, the machine is easy and safe to operate. All other engineering and customer design requirement were met, through the success of the design .After thoroughly researching, designing and experimenting with soft ware’s final machine was developed optimizing the process, the product time was successfully reduced from several hours to 5 minute.
