120287 - Resource Specific Technology for Food Processing and Hospitality Industry: Geographic and Life Specific Technology

Food processing industry requires the application of pressure for the manufacture of products.  A mixer that accepts the controlled amount of materials to prepare the raw material contains a mechanism that makes us of the manual or electric source to homogenously mix the components.  A dispenser contains the arrangement to dispense the precise amount of the raw material in a container that is capable of orienting the shape and placing on the conveyer.  The conveyor that feeds the raw material to enable the application of pressure operates on the control of the movement on the railing topography that is suitable for the operations up to finishing the product manufacturing.  A mechanism that operates on an electric source applies the pressure on the raw material in accordance with the pressure requirements.  The pressure regulating arrangement is necessary for the manufacturing process to enable the transient control of the pressure to tune the application according to the programmed operation of the mechanism.  The pressure applying component of the mechanism is equipped with a device that absorbs the excessive pressure that might arise during the operation. Also it integrates with a device that dispenses the ingredients that are necessary in the formation of the product.  The finished product moves on the conveyer up to the sterilization and stacking station, where the sterilization chamber enables the conditioning parameters and forwards to the stacking station where the separator ensures the configuration of the product.  A material handler holds the packaging material and positions the finished products until the completion of packaging, and moves to the moor.  Apart from the pressure sensor, the motion controls, power source, load sensor, the arrangement uses the human intelligence to minimize the configuration of the equipment.  The conditions of the manufacturing space affect the process and the product.  Therefore the conditioning of the manufacturing space requires the temperature and humidity regulation.  The movable components require biolubricants, to avoid the influence on the product.  Impinging the fragrance of edible products that have nutritional capability to control the popular ailments enables the variant that ensures the bodily functions as well.  The substitution of human intelligence and power that suits the geographical constraints minimizes the capital costs and also addresses the socio-economic concerns, apart from the cost-effectiveness and cost-competitiveness.  Deposition of nutrition supplements on the product further creates the variants.  Customization of the system to liaise an attachment to prepare the nutritional supplements further produces the variant.
